What does the HMT do for their members and how to become member?

The HMT organises all kinds of club activities.

Club Membership:
Membership of HMT can be attractive for people who have interest in vintage tractors, stationary engines, Agricultural equipment, tools, etc.
If you become a member of HMT:
- You will receive our club magazine “De Klep” 6x per year. Members are allowed to put technical questions and have the possibility of applying for advertisements (“Kleppertjes”) to other members free of charge.
- As a member you are allowed to participate on the “Internationaal Historisch Festival” (IHF)
- You will receive a HMT Membership Card. This card gives privileges as a visitor like a reduction on the entrance tickets to HMT events, like the IHF.
The cost for HMT membership from abroad is:
- One year membership: € 46,-
- Foreign members preferably have to pay by automated yearly collection.
If this is not possible for reasons of your involved bank, you will receive an invoice after sending the application for membership. Your membership will become valid as soon as the required amount has been received on our bank account. - If you become a member during a calendar year, the equivalent part of the year will be charged.
- A Membership year is from 1st of January until 31st of December.
Application for Club Membership:
You can become a member by:
- Filling out and sending the application form from our club magazine “De Klep”
- Making use of our electronic application form on this website that will be mailed to the members’ administration. After this application you will receive an invoice or a form for automated yearly collection that has to be signed and returned.
- If the amount has entered our bank account before the 1st of an even month number, you will receive the magazine “De Klep” of that even month for the first time.

Amending of your membership data.
For amending your membership data you can use this digital application form.
If you have sent this digital application form, you will receive a copy of your entered data.
After final processing this data by the members’ administration, you will receive a confirmation of the processed changes in the data.
Changing your bank account number:
If you have an automated yearly collection for paying your membership where a personal signature is required, you can’t change your bank account number via this message.
For that purpose you have to send a signed letter, confirming your required change of account number and approval for automated yearly collection, to the members’ administration(Ledenadministratie). The address(Ledenadministratie) and amount for membership of foreign members is published in the club magazine “De Klep”.
